Gf trying to withdraw sex this weekend

She's coming in to town this weekend and telling me that she cannot have sex because she's late on BC and that she still hasn't gotten her pills from the pharmacy yet. I told her I would use a condom this time, but she's like only if I buy the plan B pill. I ain't buying **** lol. I told her if she is not going to do anything than I will take away something from her. She asked what it was, but I told her you will see. She likes cuddling and affection, so I am not going to give her any of that lol. However, she is usually hesitant, but my after a few minutes of my fingers she gets horny. Should I call her bluff and just do the usual finger routine and bull **** through, straight up not give her any affection from the start, or am I being too mean?
