She says that she is not attracted to girls, she never kissed one, she finds them 'sexy' though.

To sort of answer your question, at least what really counts, most girls who want to experiment with other girls, feel the need to have a guy (a penis) in the room, as a way to rationalize it as "not being a gay experience". If it was girl on girl, they would feel like they are engaging in lesbianism, but with you there, it makes it ok. I know, chick logic.

In short, act like you are doing her the favor (you actually are, as you being involved takes a way her having to defend she is not lesbian or bi).

I agree. Labels are pointless. People's views are normally about their own insecurities, both men and women. It's easy to be insecure about what someone of the same gender could provide. A lot of women have a fear of the guy they date or marry turning out to be gay; it's the ultimate failure for a woman, because there's nothing they can do about it. And it's the same for men regarding a wife or girlfriend. What if she likes that double-ended dildo more than me???

I think you are entirely correct. Bi chicks I would speculate, have very low self esteem. Bi hamsters seem to be even more screwed up than an average straight hamster. Makes me wonder if anyone has done a study to determine if bi chicks have more cluster b disorders compared with straight chicks?
