"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

GF im in LTR with says i don't show much emotion. That i dont show vulnerability...from what i read in the bible, such things can harm the relationship...

Apart from what i do though, i dont know how else to show emotion, or "vulnerability."??
I always have something fun for us to do, show genuine appreciation (without complimenting often),i am funny, and enjoy life, bringing her for the ride...

Help decipher this ******** with vulnerability.

Much appreciated...Need more info...ask.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I wouldn't worry about it. Sounds like you are being a bit of a challenge. If you give in to her requests to become more emotional you will start to become owned by her and will lose your challenge.

If she seems happy when she is with you, disregard these bits of ********.

ahh...but can being too much of a challenge be bad for the relationship??
We're about 6months in...

The only way i know to be more emotional is maybe tell her some deep stuff or be mushy...and being mushy?....thats not me.

any tips? I mean what does she mean more emotional? More emotions like soft ones instead of excitement, teasing, and fun?...gay
