“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys,

About 3-3.5 weeks ago, I started having some sort of stomach cramps (still going on today). There is no diarreha or nausea, but I do feel the cramps (it feels like it's filled with gas, so it's like a gas pain).

My doctor (went this past Monday) is treating it like Lactose Intolerance, so I'm drinking lactated milk and OJ to replace regular milk. Unfortunately, this, along with pills I've taken, have not really taken care of it. Chances are, I may go in for some lab tests in a week or two to see what it is (if this stomach thing doesn't end).

Socially (and the reason I'm writing this here) is that I have lost 6 pounds within these past three weeks. This is chiefly due to a bit of a loss in appetite, which is caused by a "gas pain-stomach cramp" popping up during a meal. Also, some of my friends can see the 6 less pounds and I think I'm losing a little bit of muscle from it (I'm becoming a little skinnier). With girls, this can't be a good thing lol. In fact, I've been wearing my Varisty jacket a bit (it's like 30 degrees where I am), which adds some bulk and hides the 6-pound loss (I'm not that big size-wise to begin with...I'm 5'6 and about 130-135 pounds normally).

No one knows about this though - like people in school. It doesn't even happen as often in school. My parents know about it though, and that's fine.

Anything I can do - I'll probably need those lab tests? Just looking for insight here.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

If you went traveling or ate something suspicious, it's very possible that you've contracted a parasite. Best to have your doctor take a look and get a second opinion.

Not a bad guess - I looked it up and it would make sense.

However, my mom (who paid more attention) told me that the doctor said he would have felt the parasite if there was one. Also, I don't have some of the symptoms that do go along with a parasite.

Some of the things though are true, but my doctor and my parents don't think that's what it is. We'll see.

Ok, I understand you - same happened to me after I came off a school trip to asia. It turned out to not be anything after a **** load of tests, just stress.

Anxiety/Stress - if you get caught up on girls and get stressed by trying to be a DJ or w/e than often what you feel affects your body. Not saying you are - but the way you think can change alot.

Parasites - Kinda hard to get unless you've been somewhere like far east, generally they make all of you feel bad. Only way to find one is to get tested - blood sample.

Its more likely you overdosed on coke or something and your stomach is pissed at you. You may have acid reflux or that stuff, so try zantec - all round that stuff helps.

We'll see - I'm going to another doctor today (yes, it's Christmas...luckily, I'm not Catholic lol). I'll see what he says and if necessary, go for a couple of tests.

This thing kept me up at least an hour last night at 3 AM, so hopefully I know what it is soon.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I saw the doctor today and I just gotta go in for a blood sample at some lab in a few days. They also want some other small things, but nothing major. If these tests show nothing or the docs can't figure it out, then I go to a GI specialist, who, with the info we already have, can figure out what it is.

However, for the time being, I am on a "bland" diet (as the doctor said) for a few days probably, so I can't have anything real acidic or anything that would probably make my stomach pains come back. I also got some Pepsid AC, which should help.

I'm hoping that's a joke (I know someone else mentioned it before too).

This did not happen because of girls in any way. This just kinda started 3-3.5 weeks ago (something like that). I've dropped quite a bit of weight because of it, and I am pretty light to begin with, so that's not real good. Also, I have a lot of restless nights and can't eat as much as I usually do (stomach cramp). Finally, I get some sort of light fever (100) some nights.

I went for some tests and some kind of X-Ray today. I do not have phemonia (sp) - the doctor thought that could be it. The blood sample I gave has to be analyzed and maybe some info will come from that.

I wouldn't worry about it. How are you going to gain weight super fast. It's about the only way you'll look bigger.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

My bad on not updating those who said they wanted to know what is happening.

First, I dunno what H&F means - is it a different forum (Health and Fitness)?

Anyway, every test the doctors performed (included an upper endoscophy where they stick the tube down your throat) has come back negative so far - there are still a few more results the doctors need to get. However, I feel a lot better than a week and a half ago since the GI Specialist (the one who performed the tube test) gave me some pills/medicine that really seem to be working.

I dunno if I mentioned this before, but I can't return to running with the track team until I get my weight/muscle back up (remember, I lost 15+ pounds). There was some blood thing, I dunno what it really is, but two weeks ago, the number was 71. Right now, it's around 30-31. The normal for this thing is lower than 20, so I'm getting back down.

I feel better than before for sure - school hasn't been bad at all and once I return to my norm weight and this thing is out of my system completely, I'll be 100% again.

BTW, the GI specialist doesn't know exactly what, if anything caused it, but she said it's probably a prolonged stomach virus that's getting out of my system.
