Over the last few months or so I've noticed everytime I've landed a goodlooking girl who's head overheals for me and we're "dating" or whatever you want to call that, I forget bigger parts of my fundamentals and practice that's a part of my life. Now let's be clear, I'm definately not talking about ONS or the like, that's an entirely different buisness all together. Infact my routines for ONS are very much standard and have little or no negative effects on my overall gaming in the least. But for whatever reason, when ever I'm with a girl for an extended period of time I start slipping and getting sloppy in a few areas.

For instance, use to date one of the salesmanagers at my job. Before I started dating here I didn't really lay down any game on any girls there at all. I mean I did some really basic flirting but nothing that read "I'm hitting on you we should date" In essance I didn't treat any of the other girls like guys but just as friends like I'm friends with the male workers but different because girls and guys are different. Anyway after we started dating, in less then a week I was hitting on one of the other girls there who I thought was some what cute and it was pretty obvious. More over I responded to the one who I was dating in a less then suave manner calling when I shouldn't, listening to things I didn't need to hear, acting over polite where I needed to be blunt etc etc. Crazy stupid mistakes that come from straying from the ground work of the fundementals that I typically abide by.

Anyway I broke up with her and now am dating one of the girls from the MGM Grand and sure enough, I can feel and see my self doing the same stupid sh*t again. I'm starting to catch myself and trying to straighten out but I can't explain why this is happening. The girls were/are both pretty hot and the one I'm currently with has a really good fun personality on top of that. I haven't gotten her into bed yet but she was telling me last night about how well she handles herself in the bedroom. Maybe I'm just not in the mood for relationships or something and I'm intentionally trying to sabatog them? Or maybe I'm jut not attracted to the girls enough for one reason or another and don't really care. In any event I HATE forgetting the basics about what makes me a good player. I've always prided myself on keeping myself in line an all of a suddem, out the door I'm plying the game like some cheap rook...and that ain't me.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yo man, it happens all the time when you meet someone that you want to date. Sometimes you want things to be perfect yet they quite don't work that way you want it to happen because you "expect" the person to behavior in a certain way. A girl who really likes you will forgive mistakes that you make, a girl that is so/so with you will cut you off fast, who wants to waste time with a girl that feels that way with you in the first place.

I really like this post for some reason. I dunno, I guess because it shows that "the DJ" is fallible. Everyone thinks that to be a DJ you have to be perfect, and that's not true. We're human guys! Admit your mistakes.

Anyways, good job noticing yourself slipping. Most guys would blame the girl or some external force. Now you just have to get in more practice in those areas and improve them. A DJ's work is never done!

This has also happened to me before. When you find a girl that you really like, and that really seems to like you, you tend to lose focus. You get caught up in the moment, and Don Juan 'skills' tend to slip. Just try to keep your head straight and watch your actions. Thats what i've pulled out of my past instances of this.
