“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This is what happened, I pretty much got the common cold for about a week and a half, eating nothing but soup and drinking water, and just as I get better from it, i've been told i've shrunk. During that period I didn't really lift any weights at all, so I'm wondering if this is normal. I'm so angry at myself right now.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

dont be angry. i've had bronchitis for 2 weeks. and last week i didnt hit the gym cause i was taking cough medicine. if anything i lost probably 3lbs.

it would be natural to lose a pound or 2 cause it's common for someone sick.
Just maintain your food intake and get back into it as soon as you recover, im returning to the gym monday from a 3 week break.

Same happened to me, but you should gain it back very quickly when you return to the gym and get some oxygen pumping back into your muscles.

I was sick for a weekend. I think I went through exercise withdrawal, because I was so damn frustrated that I couldn't work out (well, I *could* have forced myself, but I'm not that dumb :) )

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
