"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I may be a little difficult to understand here, but bear with me:

Your horemones are the leading contributor to your acne. So, naturally, once you reach the age of 17+, they'll go gradually grow away.

On horemones: As a teen, your body produces a helluva lota them. So you need to find a way to deal with them. Controlling your emotions is one way. Excercise is another. So is healthy eating. Be sure not to consume any dairy products. Those things are horemone gold mine.

I never really trusted any medicines for acne. At least for me.. they never worked. What you could also do is eat a helluva lota carrots. (Rich in Vit A, and if you eat enough you're skin will turn into a slight hue of orange. :p And be sure you get your Omega's. :p Flax seeds, cod liver oil and fish in general are good sources. :p

There... that's my useless bit of information....

Ciao

Edit: Oh.... laser treatment has become very, very affordable lately. And it works like a charm. Ask around in your drugstores and stuff to find out more.

I've had pimples all over my face since 13, and i'm almost 17 now. From what I hear, proactiv seems to work for a LOT of people, but it didnt work for me, and just dried out my face more. 2 weeks ago I started using this thing called Murad acne complex. Now I'm about the age when my acne should start going away, so it may be partially because of that, but i have noticed a significant difference in my skin, only after 2 weeks. It may be worth checking out. Also, I'm not sure about your lifestyle, but get out in the sun a lot, sunlight can help heal acne and also gets you a nice tan so pimples arent as visible.

Best thing you can do is drink a gallon of water every day.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
