"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

your problem here centaurion is you're talking "weight" loss and we're talking "fat" loss.

fat loss does not require a true calories in < calories out type mentality... fat loss is more about timing and trying to keep insulin levels down. It's about helping your body absorb and create as little fat as possible, while maintaining the ability to burn fat for energy. It's about gaining muscle while losing fat. I think that low intensity cardio while eating a massive diet will keep you lean while putting on mass, and low intensity cardio with reduced/timed carbs and controlled eating (close to maintainance calories!) will strip off bodyfat while preserving, or slowly gaining muscle.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

If you have the money I recommend buying the skinnyguy program. The program is made for people like you especially, the tips giving to you here are very general and some are incorrect. Save yourself time and confusion.

Fat loss is all about DIET! Cals in < cals out = fat loss.

Get a solid diet in check and hit the iron.

That's exactly what I was going to tell this guy Centaurion. Diet is everything when it comes fat loss. Get yourself on a diet and combine it with exercise.

I always keep my diet in check AND play sports everyday (so I can eat a good 500-1000 cals more and still lose weight..depending on how long Im playing sports of course..usually it was rather 500 not 1000 i gotta admit).

If you say cals in < cals out = fat loss, why shouldnt only cardio be able to get him lean either? That way he could rais the cals out side (just an idea no diss or anything)

in my experience the most important part of the diet is knowing the macronutrients or whatever you call it (lol?) as in how much % of the cals you consume have to be protein and how much fat (and dont eat too many empty calories..like cola and candy).

I remember trying to cut down only by eating really little and well it did cause me to lose weight and probably some body fat also but I just couldnt lower my body fat as much as I wanted..after working out and bulking up I understood the whole process of nutrition a lot better and was able to cut down easily without torturing myself or anything but just by controlling WHAT I ate (you could eat chicken breast with good tasting sauce all day long and wouldnt get as much calories/fat as if u ate a pizza ..but most ppl dont understand that and try to lose weight by "not eating warm dishes" but then they eat bread and put butter and salami on it and consume more calories than if they ate some spaghetti with tomato sauce ;)).
