So, what's up? Been a while, but I have a question and I know this prolly isn't the site to ask it on but whatever. Can anyone explain to me what a Hardship liecense is?(Minors restricted drivers license or MRDL). I heard about it and it sounds interesting. Also, can y'all tell me about the easiness/difficulty of getting one? Also, how would I qualify for one. Thanks guys.
