Getting out of the Game

Got a question for the masters.

I have this friend girl right now. I'm pretty into her and unfortunately she knows this. The details are not important but lets just chalk it up to some other girls big mouth. Anyways, this girl and I have a strange relationship. This is not your average friend zone business. Shes a crafty witch that loves to play mind games. Let me give you a head game example:

(party type atmosphere, and I got sought out on this one)

Girl: "I just really want to be in your bed right now."
Me: "Damn I love hearing that."
Girl: "It's so confortable and I dont really care if you're in it or not."
Me: "In that case then I'll definately be in there with you."

End of conversation.

So I've taken this as somewhat of a decent interest level. Well this all fails when I ask her out. I've gotten dissed on a regular basis for one on one activities. If its lunch, then its no problem. If its a drink after work no problem. But any "date-like" activities are nixed. I'm pretty sick of this nonsense so what I need to know is how to get out of the game. I want this ***** to piss off. But I don't want to lose out on an oppourtunity to get this girl. I know it might sound sick but games are alright. At times though this one feels un-winnable. Ok I know the question now...How do I find out if all this pursual is legit? Is it cool to just come out and say "Hey WTF???". I'm not scared of this chick. I'm just wondering if there is a way to counter-act this and use it to my advantage.

When you settle down your choosing a long term sparring partner is all your doing fella.
