"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I've got a problem. There's this girl that goes to my HS, that i really started liking. Now I've hung out with this girl alot during the past 3 weeks as a group. During the past week, she started liking me alot(but i didnt know this until today). One day during this week, she asked me to hang out with her. BEfore hanging out, i did not know how to approach it, from a friend state of mind, or a date state of mind, bc we've known each other for 3+years, and we've alwasy been friends, and the times we've hung out before as a group, we were just friends. So i thought id play it safe and went in with a friend state of mind(so i didn't push her or anything and didnt make a move). The "date" went very well from a friend's perspective, but didnt go well if you look at it at a date perspective, as i refrained from using C/F and kino, as i did not want to get rejected, and have our friendship tour akward for a few weeks.
So today, she calls me and says i really liked u alot in the past week, but recently, i think that we're more confortable just being really close friends that hang out. She said that when we hung out on that "date", it felt like we were just rlly close friends, which was my intention goin into it since i did not know she liked me.

Now, how can i fix this back into her liking me, and getting out of the friend zone?

Thanks.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I would recommend going to the High School Bible and reading Cynetix's article about how to go beyond just being friends. You should find it to be very helpful.

Ok, hold on man, she liked you and you wanted to be friends, now shes friends again and you want her to like you again?!?!? Come on man, you blew your chance, you can try and fix it by explaining to her that you were oblivious to the fact that she liked you, that she should try the real thing another time
