Having a unique style and being in good shape are really helpful to start off.
Next, you gotta expand your friend network. I wasnt in a frat or on a sports team, but I knew several dudes who were. And I went to a lot of parties and events and talked to people. Just being friendly and networking helps a great deal. I met a ton of people while I was in school, and girls I dated were impressed by the fact that so many people knew me when we went out.
If you can be friendly and meet a bunch of people while in school, then the unique style and being in shape part will tie into that and make it so girls wanna know you. Your school may be different than how my college was. I was in a small town, and the frat guys and sports dudes were friendly party bros. They werent too clicky and werent douchey to people.
I know some places can be a lot different though.
EDIT: Just to add, since i saw youre other thread. You arent a bad looking cat, and you have a good height women like. So long as you style is on point, and it resonates with the women you target, you should be good. Just say confident, friendly, and not over-analyze things in your mind. Some chicks will dig you, and some wont.
Your location and target audience will matter a lot. I had an easier time than other guys because I went to a liberal state school that wasnt too big, and was almost 65% female. Add to this that the school is known to draw in an LGBT crowd because of the friendly liberal town, and you get a school with a lot of girls competing for the straight guys.

Ya man like Jaylan said, college game is all social circle game. Its really easy when you break it down and jump into it. I might do a post on this real soon, so stay tuned. Im currently on a big campus and the frats/athletes are major fags, so my game is exclusively without them.
I'm in a fraternity at a huge Southern state school so hmmm...
Obviously it depends on how well you can network and meet people and develop friends who are like-minded as you. Seeking out kids who play backgammon in the 5th floor of the library will do you no good. Make friends with people who share the same interests as you. Join some organizations and clubs.
After you develop a tight knit group of friends, start going out to the bars/clubs with them and also start hosting some house parties and inviting cute girls you see on campus to them. As long as you portray value and don't look like a creep that will m0lest their boobies when you get the chance, they will consider coming to your party, especially if they are not in a sorority.
However, joining a fraternity is the way to go IMO...if it's RIGHT for you.

You do not need to be in a frat in college to get laid. Be confident, approach women, ask them out, date, sex, repeat. It's a numbers game and a college campus has a disproportionate number of hot young females in a concentrated area compared to the real world.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Go for girls that aren't in sororities. It depends on your school, but I go to a school where greek life is dominant.
Get out there and socialise. Say hello to everyone, at uni/college as far as girls are concerned it's not what you know, but who you know.
Get yourself into some different clubs, make some friends, then meet their friends and expand. Do different things with different people. It's all about connections, and if you're a cool guy people will talk about you positively. Keep doing your own thing, talk to everyone and the girls will come.

I read a book called "Conquer Your Campus" before I went to college.
It does a nice job explaining the social cliques and stuff like that. It was pretty helpful.
With books like that it isn't like you're following instructions, it's more of just positive reinforcement.

I ended up getting exclusive with a girl like a b1tch and passed up plenty of opportunities with other girls. I don't regret it, because back then my mindframe wasn't "man enough" to hit and quit. I had to have the **** kicked of me to see where i was wrong.
But you're lucky cuz if you're already here, you're well on your way.

If you go to a frat party and you're not in a frat....good luck. Unless you happen to find the girl that got dragged there by her friends.
In College half the girls go for the frat guys and the athletes, to those women, these guys are seen as the dominant alphas of the campus. They're the same half of women who, later in life, will go for the rich guys and the club promoters. Either way, that's where game comes in. But there are plenty of women in college who don't give a crap, they see those guys as drunken idiots who are barely going to graduate, and go nowhere in life....find those women.
