“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Well, I'm thinking of trying out for track this year, as a sprinter, but the thing is, is that I'm really out of shape. Whenever I sprint about 2 laps or run at a normal pace for a few minutes, I start losing control of my breath and get several cramps in my stomach, if I'm going to join track as a sprinter, I'm definitely going to have to fix that and no I don't have asthma or any breathing disorder. So how do you suggests I get in shape? Also, if you guys have anything tips on keeping my breath, while running, that would help a lot too.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Ive been running cross country for 5 years. The best way to get in shape is to start of little each day then increase every week.

For the first week, warm up, strech then jog or run for 5 minutes straight. Then some light weights.

Repeat for 5 straight days then go swimming or cycling on the 6th day then rest on the 7th day.

Next week go to 10 minutes of job or running then follow same procedure.

Make sure you eat something an hour before starting then eat some energy food or drinks 30 minutes before.

Get some whey after your finished your work out
