Getting back in touch with girl

Earlier in the year from May through June (last year of school), I used to talk to this 8/9 HB, flirted with her etc. She started to show interest.

At the end of the summer, she phoned me asking if I'd like to celebrate the end of exams with her. I told her that I'd be busy that night, but that I could possibly meet up with her for a quick drink. I said I'd text her during the week with the details. I did, but she never responded.

Well, with the summer's over now, wouldn't mind getting in touch with her again. What's the best procedure in picking it up from here, or should I even bother? Would I lose my status ringing her up now?

She blew you off before. But, if you want to get in contact with her again the only way that's going to happen is if you call her up and set up something. You don't have any "status" with her right now, so there's literally nothing to lose.
