“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Um, i'm very slim, and slightly toned, except on my stomach area. Whats the best way to tone up my belly without going to the gym?

I mean, what exercise, how many reps / sets , etc.

thanks,

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

sorry this comes from going to gym
no gym=no body

if you want, you'll just be a skinny dude with abs (ugly as hell too)
there's no choice since you don't go to gym, so it'll be what you eat, don't eat things like junk food or candy and stuff, sleep regularly and so on

no, no, no. KmZDon, please dont speak if you dont know anything.

Some people dont have time for gym, and still maintain a great body by working out at home. Push-ups, curls, sit-ups, if done properly will give you results. Add that to a healthy and workout diet, and you'lll look great.

And those some people are still the people who devote most of their time to working out doing pushups and situps and so on. I hope you're not one of those some people because you can post a pic of yourself and we'll see how good your body is if you just do those excercises. Oh wait, you won't, because you DON'T. You're just another skinny bastard.
Otherwise, just really lucky genes.

FYI- situps are BAD for your back because when you lift, you're straining your vetebrae (back) and neck, you probably didn't even know that, you just flame me and add "no no no don't talk if, do curls, situps, pushups and you'll look good with a nice diet"<--- WRONG!

Don't do situps, do CRUNCH! You probably never heard of it... never mind then.

Just three excercises and a "nice" diet won't help.
You need consistency, patience, and persistency, plus using DIESEL's bulking guide. Most people don't have it. What most people have is a nice home gym, really nice mother who can cook but barely use them. I'll tell you I have a dirty basement with used weights and 200 lbs. worth of dumbbell and barbell. My mother divorced when I was little and my grandmother passed away. I have to do all the work (cooking, cleaning, etc). Let's see what you got to take on me, I'll probably **** you up if we got into a fight (but if we met in real life, it'd probably be a nice talk).

I emphasize weightlifting because of one thing, it's quicker, you get stronger faster, you don't waste time!!!

I know what I'm talking about, you should be the one keeping your mouth shut if you're just going to provide three excercises.
---
Let's say you do just do those three excercises with a "nice" diet, it will take at least 10-20 years JUST get just even abs (barely visible) and you'd still be a skinny bastard. (how can he do curls if he has no dumbbell? you dumbass, he said no gym)

It's also called "time-management", if you can't manage your time, manage your priority first, then work out, most people don't work out and still live a healthy life, how about that DX_Flyer?

No offense to sandinista, but he probably lives a piss-poor life, sleeping at 3am, not eating breakfast and complains about why he's skinny or unhealthy.

stop doing cardio for one.. that's why you're only 155.

you should be at least 175 AND RIPPED. You're way too skinny.

Read the BULKING GUIDE.. everything is in there.

good luck,
D

Do some situps and find something to hang on so you can do hanging leg raises. That will give you a little more musle in your abdominal area...

Also, you need to burn some of that fat off. Since you are most likely a skinny tweep with minimal muscle but close to average fat levels, you gotta get rid of some of that fat so that the muscles actually show through. You can do that from cardio activites.

But still man, what are your stats? Whats your weight and whats your height? Dont be vague. If you really are skinny, cutting isnt gonna really do anything to enhance your look..unless your looking for the all-popular distance runner marathon appearance (minus any leg development).

When your ready to be a real man and stop dinking around worrying about your abs, come back and ask about working out. We'll help you out.

go ahead and assume who I am, just like how you assume things in life. Explains why you sat infront of that computer of yours to type up all that, just to make me look bad behind a wall.

yea, about your sit-up thing, dont tell that to me. Tell that to the world. To the drill sergeant, to the gym teachers, to the personal trainers. Apparently they wont listen because they do it for a reason.

the man never said anything about body building or heavy lifting. He just said he wanted a better stomach, he did not ask for your opinion or any other mind stating fact.

Great job on the flame btw KmZDon, reminds me of the fighting online = special olympic pic.

Boy, lots of love in this thread, eh?

Actually, KimZDon is right about situps. Medical studies have proven over and over that the full range of motion in situps (actually touching elbows to knees, or as close as you can get) is very stressful on the lower back. Crunches give you the same, if nt better, benefits as situps without the problems. Leg raises are also very good for lower abs.

But that being said, what the original poster was talking about is spot reducing/toning. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Your body will lose fat from all over, in onion-like layers. If you want to reduce fat to the point you can see you abs, you will have to work the whole body and lose the extra fat.

Besides that, why would you want to just work your abs anyway? Start a good lifting program and feel the difference! You don't have to go in for powerlifting or bodybuilding if your goal is not to build big muscles. Just run the circuit on the machines at the gym, or buy a set of dumbells for home use. You will feel better, get stronger, and with the right diet cut up and look better. Check out diesel's "Guide to bulking/cutting up" locked at the top of the forums. It gives some quick and dirty info, but not really enough for the beginning lifter, and it is geared more doward bodybuilders. Also check out exrx.net for the articles and exercise instruction, and testosterone.net's articles and forum. Most sites you will find on the internet are going to be for bodybuilding/powerlifting, but they still have good info for the beginning lifter.

KmZ you gotta get your thoughts in order before you start typing.
That message you wrote..what a load of sh*t.

First off you sound like your some bogus loser with the whole "I have a dirty basement with used weights and 200 lbs. worth of dumbbell and barbell. My mother divorced when I was little and my grandmother passed away. I have to do all the work (cooking, cleaning, etc)." And where the hell is the relevance of this pile of horse dung to the point of the message anyway??

You make me wanna knock you down, bogus boy.
