Spin HOTTER Plates then your past girl. Make sure the girls you are f*king right now is hotter then the girl your trying to get over (your one-itis).

Ive spun plates the point of oblivion. It doesn't matter, if in your mind the girl who you previously had is hotter then the current girl you will still want to go back.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Great idea in theory but the idea that you can date a multitude of beautiful women at the same time is a lot harder in practice..
