theres a new girl at the store where i work. she's super hot and super cool to talk to and every guy there wants her and hits on her by mentioning how beautiful she is....stuff like that. everyone at work is getting together wednesday night and the guys are all gonna be looking for her. what can i do to stand out in this group guys?

You know how you could stand out? By not telling her how beautiful she is like every other guy in the world she encounters. Tell jokes and be funny/charming. That's what every other guy in the world doesn't offer, and that's what you COULD give her if you had some balls you *****.

Nothing, don't join the pack of wolves, play cool and mind your own business and make a move in a different setting, if you blend in competing with the gang of brutes you will look just as desperate and ridiculous as them, wait for your moment and strike under your conditions.
