Whether the high school boys who fvcked her enjoyed it or not isn't the point. The courts do not ask 12 year old girls when they've had sex with 25 year old men, if they enjoyed it. We have statutory rape laws for a reason, and it's meant to protect children and minors from being abused and taken advantage of by adults and people who are in a position of authority or trust.

But the public shame and losing her job seem like more than sufficient punishment to me, I find 5 years in jail absolutely disproportionate. What's next? Yes, she wanted to have sex with the dudes, but she didn't want the whole school to know about it. First of all, it's quite embarassing for a teacher when all of the school's students see a video of the teacher having sex (regardless with whom the teacher is having sex).
Secondly, when the videotape is shown to all the students, you can bet your ass that it will end up with the school's administration, resulting in the teacher losing the job, or even worse, get jailed.
