I have Gakic but to be honest I am scared to take it. Plus I want to keep it until I really need it.

However; I have used Twin Lab and other products, but MuscleTech seems to have always worked the best. What do you guys think about which supplements are the best and also what is your thoughts on Gakic?

Why are you scared to take it? I used to take those kind of supplements but for what they cost they're just not worth it. Muscletech is a good company but all their products are way to expensive. Stop being a pvssy, go take your gakic, and go lift!

"energized expand" I found was much more potent than NO-Xplode.

I use nitro tech protein. And some times straight whey. If I couldn't hit my diet for that day. Which with my schedule is a lot.

I drink hella water, but if I add Gakic should I up the water still.

I wake up drink two glass of water and through out the day I drink about 8-10 smaller bottles of water 8oz, and when I work out I drink a 32oz or 16oz VitaWater. Need more water?

did some math.. I drink about 8.5 pints a day on average.

Mine are Pills. Horse pills! And one dose is 6 pills...
