I have a lot of insecurity concerning my eyes because I have the sunken eyes look. I think I've always had them but then again I've always been underweight. I've also got dark circles around my eyes and i've even had some people tell me that I look like I got a black eye. I have to fix this because anytime I see pictures of myself it just kills my confidence for the next couple of days. It's gotten to the point where if someone told me to get 50 pounds overweight to fix it I would do it. I would rather have a slightly pudgy look with muscles then a muscular cut look with sunken eyes.

I'm going to gain weight anyways because I hate being skinny but it will be one more incentive to gain weight if it gets rid of my sunken eyes. Thanks for any advice.

I used to have them real bad. I used to wear glasses, whenever i'd take em off, my closest friends told that I look better with em on. I used to be highly underweight too.

Now my eyes look pretty good. The circles are still there, but they've filled up real well. I don't know exactly what got rid of them, but here what I think contributed to that:

-Gaining weight. Not much fat though, I still have a very low body fat.
-This one sun block I use everydat, called 'NO-AD'. spf 50 with vitamen E and aloe vera. Its cheapest one of that type.
-I rub some vitamen e oil on my face occasinally.
-Eating alot of healthy fats (omega 3's, mono-saturated, poly unsaturated). I take fish oil capsules, eat salmon whenever I can, put olive oil on EVERYTHING.
-Eat a lot (mostly protien, complex carbs, and making sure I get reccomended servings of fruit and veggies a day).
-Stopped wearing glasses.

Every year it goes away alittle more. I guess when you're healthy on the inside, it shows on the outside.
