FWB - call day after?

What's the general opinion of calling a girl the day after sex in a FWB situation?

I met a girl Monday, after 4 hours of hanging out with her we were sleeping together. She spent the night again last night, afterwards I told her I wasn't looking for a relationship, she said she wasn't either. We agreed what we were doing is fine, and if it happens again it happens. This is the first time I've been in a 'full-fledged' FWB situation, I have no plans on calling her today or even for a few days. I just know how important it is to call the day after sex in instances where I'm looking for something more, but what about in this instance?

I can't speak for her, but I don't want a relationship from her. I just moved to this city though 2 weeks ago and up until this week didn't have many friends (before classes started), but now that I've made some I want to keep them, including her.

I always call the next day after having sex with a girl. Nothing too long, just a call to say hello, see how her day was, etc. Lets her know you care about her as a person, which is very important to me.

To answer the original poster's question... i'm trying to remember what i did with my FWB after our first time. I think i did call with private id, but got the answering machine, so she never knew i called. Contacted her again about 3-days later and she told me she was afraid it would turn into a ONS because we didn't talk again the next day. It worked out pretty well actually because it made her worry and think more about me and want me more. Hot and cold, you know? But what i noticed with FWB is that you don't need to take it seriously. Say "friends with benefits" out loud. Do it, i mean it. Done? Alright, which part stood out more to you? It was the "with benefits," wasn't it? You gotta focus on the FRIENDS. Be more comfortable and at ease with her and worry less about what she's thinking. Treat her as you would a friend, really. And try to get to know her better as a person so that you two actually enjoy spending time together even when it doesn't involve sex. I'm with my first FWB right now and after about 5-6 get-togethers, i've finally understood how important it is to actually like your FWB and how much better it makes the relationship! And this goes double for her - the last thing any girl wants is to be used for sex.

Thanks Soma and Krassus. I enjoy the sex with her obviously, but I also enjoy hanging out with her. Its crazy how much we have in common, but I just don't feel anything for her romantically, other than lust. But I do want her as a friend too, thanks.

how often you call depends on how deep you want to go into her head.

If you just want surface meaningless shyt then don't call.

I usually wait until they call me. But if it has been too long then I will drop a email to see what's up. When you have fB's they do wander to other heads if you don't keep their minds stimulated on you.
