I can't go into detail, but long story short I got into some issues with my former university. Look into title 9 boys. Why would public universities follow any sort of due process, that just doesn't make sense does it? No no no! They need their federal funding!

The people who work at conduct offices are compelte and utter jokes. Think of south park characters in real life. Hippy betas (yes, I'm going so far as to call them betas) who can't think for themselves.

I can't say at the moment, but you might be right. Title IX does pertain to rape

Are you being deprived of something you paid for? Meaning, did you pay your tuition and now you cannot complete your classes due to them throwing you out without proof?

If so, sue them for not providing what you paid for. In order to defend their position they will have to show proof of your actions that justified your dismissal.

No physical evidence. Just one persons word against anothers. And one of the people admitted to being insane a self harming
