okay, so was meant to be having coffee with this HB8.5 tonight, but she messages me last night saying "the coffee place is closed tomorrow night. you can either come out tonight or we can go somewhere else tomorrow - or both I suppose."

anyway, i decide to come out. She's a friend of a friend, and so I know a few of her friends. Anyway, she's giving me mixed signals like a motherf*cker. she's like "i have to dance off all my energy before i'm interested in guys.." then like 10 minutes later we're grinding to sexual healing (haha, I love this song ) and she pulls me in and kisses me. Anyway, we make out for a little while, and go sit down.

Turns out one of my friends (whose known her for years) told her some sh*t about me.

She's like "He said you were a man wh0re, and that you were desperate".

....How can you be a man wh0re and desperate?

So I try a little C+F after we finish kissing again:

Rambo : "I knew it. Your totally hot for me." *grin*

HB : *rolls eyes* "yeah, okay...."

in the back of my head i'm like "...this is going badly..."

then she says some sh*t like,

HB : "You know, there are least 2 other guys in this club I could be getting with right now..."

Rambo : (this was said in a ****y/joking tone) "Wow...you must be a manhater. Basing your self-worth on how many guys you can hook up with...kinda low" *grin*

HB : "Yeah, I kinda am. And when I hear that from a guy I usually leave..."

Rambo (laugh) : "Off you go..."

so she leaves.

I head back and hang with my boys, and get a message from her an hour later:

"I feel really bad for being a complete cow to the only guy I've ever known willing to make the first move..PS you're still a great kisser, keep up the good work."

I didn't reply.

Ways that I f*cked it up:

- completely BOMBED her sh*t tests. She flat out told me she didn't want a boyfriend, I was like "why does it have to be so serious? I'm just here to have a little fun..". Reacted badly to the sh*t my friend said (I was a little hurt cause its a bit of a betrayal from a mate to do that).

- should have laid off the C+F.

- I just wasn't in PU mode for some reason. Usually I can handle girls like this, but this one....weird.

- As soon as I could tell I was f*cking up, I should have left, not her.

I haven't messaged her since.

Okay, now I really need comments, suggestions on things I could have done differently.

And please tell me what kinda girl this is! These are her symptoms:

- Gives mixed signals
- makes out with guys a lot but doesn't take it further than that
- is a self-confessed manhater


In a slump guys....this is the third time in a row that sh*t hasn't worked out in my favour with girls. Oh well, only thing I can do is keep trying.

They hear that you do well with the ladies, and they (as far as I can tell) take it as competition.

I understand that you were put on the spot when she said this, but this is one part where you could have done something differently. She pulls out the "I know you're a man-*****" card. You say: "I knew it. Your totally hot for me." WHAT?! That makes no sense, man. A better response would have been exactly what you were thinking: "How can I be a man-***** AND desperate?". Make your friend sound like a dumbass (sense he tried making you sound like a dumbass).

Other than that, you did fine. And she feels bad about leaving... So, you've done good.

You are making this much more difficult than it has to be - call her up again and stop getting hung up on every word she says.

Oh God just stop it. She's not "different"...she was told something about you that put her guard up and your "C+F" overdid the "C" and was seriously lacking in the "F". If you aren't good at being funny you should not do much of the C + F because it doesn't work except for against you.

The bottom line...she liked you but you offended her, rejected her and ultimately hurt her feelings. She attempted to let that slide and give you another shot (which means she really did like you a lot) and you ignored her.

It's bothering you because you know you made some very elementary mistakes and you aren't able to let it go as a result.

She probably isn't interested anymore and since you did something to make her feel rejected if she does get with you she's only going to do it so SHE can reject you harder than you rejected her. Girls do that frequently. She just wants to reject you back so she can tell people she turned you down.

1) I am usually very funny. I was uncharacteristically serious that night, I have no idea why.

2) She knew how much of a b*tch she was being, because she not only said she was being a cow, but she told my friend how b*tchy she was to me and how she regretted it.

3) Did you not read my post? Either, she just wants to use me for sex (in which case that would not explain how she was acting. It wasn't anti-slvt defense, it was something different.
