Ok so u know that one day you will not be able to fap because u will be too old to be able to. I read how if u got sperm build up it forces u to go make shyt happens and score. Ok....if u develop ur skills when u can hook up without all the sperm buildup, that point is out the window.

Im not a hardcore no fapper, just hitting my 1 week mark tomorrow. I originally started cause I would do it every night, one day I will probably go back to fapping (its inevitable haha) but only every few days or so.

I'm still not an expert at approaching and getting with girls as I think I need more experience and I get approach anxiety I guess so its been helping me with that either psychologically or physiologically, but I've noticed my small talk is much better and im more confident.

Its not only that but for me if you can RESIST men's natural temptation to gap, then its really a test of your own willpower. I feel like if I can conquer this, I can conquer anything....in a sense.

Its not even about fapping as much as it is about the dopamine that's generated from PORN specifically and its negative stimulating effects on your brain. Fapping is natural but arousal addiction can arise with constant exposure and reliance on porn. Had the same issue. I decided to stop for good when I took a look back to when I was 12-13 and I discovered porn. I realized it had really had a negative impact on me socially. I'm going on 6 months and don't intend to ever watch porn again. That's the biggest hurdle IMO, you have to be okay with the idea that you will never watch porn again.
