I just recently had to cancel my gym membership and am trying to put together a workout routine I can do at home with nothing more then a bench and free weights. Is there a website that lists all the various free weight routines and which target what muscles?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming you have a barbell and weight plates?

If you know how to do olympic lifts, do those. Those are great for total body routines.

thats is all you need to cover the basics

you can bench press for chest

you can do rows with your back

you can do bicep curls, all shoulder excercises, triceps w/your dumbells
