Full Body Routines

So whats the deal. I was checkin out some chad waterbury routines and billstarrs 5x5 among others.

These got you squatting 3x a week (wit dif rep ranges/weight obviously) but im just trying to get the lowdown on these.

Right now im doing

chest/shoulder/bi
legs/abs
back/tri

Which im having decent success with but i decided im going to continue my bulk through the summer...who needs abs anyway :cool: .

Lemme break it down for you son,

this should be really easy

How effective are fully body routines in regards to making good gains as opposed to traditional splits (push pull etc).
