"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Im a senior and i hang out with a group of sophmore chicks every now and then. The one girl in their group used to be obsessed with me last spring but shes not hot at all and I wasnt having it. She probobly still likes me. Anyway, I get really mixed signals from her friends who are all pretty hot but havent really gone out with many guys. But each and everyone of them give real mixed signals like theyll be flirting with me with alot of kino one minute then next minute they call me buddy or theyll stop talkin to me. I dont put up with any sh*t tho and im like the leader. But for the most part the good signals of attraction far outway the bad ones. But im getting really frustrated.

Anyway I know this is complete anti-DJ, but im thinking about like polling everyone of them and just asking them straight up if they like me or if they would get with me... I dunno guys i need some help with this cause i really want a gf for the winter thats like my goal right now... so what should i do?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Bad move if you do that. Makes you seem desperate or needy.

My trick would be to try to reverse the roles. Make yourself the prize and make them know it. PLAY hard to get and have fun. I'll bet some of them are actually interested in you, but you need to get them to start chasing you. Don't get too frustrated. Mixed signals usually are good signals, so don't sweat it. Just use game on them and you'll get good results.

Not bad if it was one-on-one and you guys have already been out on a few dates, but its not time for that one yet.

You'er 17.. I'm assuming you drive. Ask the one you like most to Jamba Juice or Starbucks after school. You'll find they're more interesting without their goofy friends around.
