I don`t have access to the "Supplements" as many of you do, because I don`t live in America. I`m following the skinnyguy`s bulking method, and its been a good three weeks. I still can`t see any gain in my weight, though i can see a good shape forming out of my body. What should I do? I`m taking as much proteins, carb and fats as required by the manual, but its still not working. I`m getting a good sleep, taking rest, and drinking lots of water too. HELp!
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

There are many example off people who doesn't use supplements who still look big. You say your weight hasn't changed but you look better in the mirror. Don't weigh yourself and continue to train. If you feel you doesn't grow at all, then try to up the carbs and proteins a little more.

How much time have you been training?

I don't have money to buy a lot of supplements too! The only one I buy is creatine. Well we have to work with what we have.

Keep eating a lot and exercising hard, It'll be a matter of time!

i buy some of my supplements from ebay believe it or not. right now i am taking no2, glutamine, fish oil, mega-t (green tea and some other stuff for increasing metabolism), and protien powder. i got most from ebay from bidding and got a steal of a deal. most sellers there ship worldwide also so its worth checking out.

i dont supplement either. All you can do is eat more. But, do you want to gain weight? if you are looking better in the miror, that should be satisfying in itself.

if you don't gain weight then your calorie intake is not high enough it IS that simple. look, the manual will fit for MOST skinny people but probably you have it even harder then "normal" skinny guys. go for 500-1000calories more then you are going now. it has LITTLE to do with the lack of supplements!good luck man!
