"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

That thing about the "swagger" is interesting. Nobody can quite define what it is, but it's something women can hone in on and pick up from extremely subtle cues that men unconsciously communicate about themselves that can demonstrate either higher or lower value in the flash of a second. Have you ever read a book called "Blink" by Malcolm Gladwell? It talks in great detail about these subconscious decisions we make in the blink of an eye. It's really amazing how a woman can see a group of guys at a table and within a second already know who the alpha male of the group is and who she'd be open to sleeping with. I think this is the realm of game that can be the most difficult because we are not sure what to tweak about ourselves to have this "swagger" or even what it is exactly.
it's called experiance ,not just with the ladies but in life in general and how we have responded and reacted from those experiances..take two people and beat them over the head a few times with lifes hardships, one man becomes stronger while the other man is badly hurt, not only physicaly but his ego as well. It's obvious as day and we do it all the time when we size someone up upon meeting them we may not be able to explain it in words or logicaly how or why we feel this way or that way about certain people but that feeling is proof enough to convince us,eventhough we may think otherwise..we feel differently and most often then not we go by the feeling as the convincer.

That swagger shows that he's been there and done that and if he hasn't he most likely will

it's omni-attractive.
You either have it or you don't..if you don't,make sure your ass get's it..and if you already do- then good for you!

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
