"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I am 17 years old and in 11 grade. I really, really like this one girl, and I have for a long time. Thing is, she goes every summer to San Diego, and is insane about the guys there. She says they are super cute and all. That is really hard to listen to. I asked her out last summer, and she said she just liked being friends. That sucks. I go to school in Ecuaodr, in South America. she is in my home town in the states(Melbourne Beach,Florida). So you see, I can play the Gangi games really well on her, but what do I need to do in this situation? I go back every summer and sometimes for Christmas, and the rest of her family treats me like one of the family. So first, how do I get out of the friendzone, and second, how do I get her to start thinking about me instead of those San Diego guys? Any other suggestions about anything would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

The friendzone is actually quite easy to get out of. However, with your current mindset and attitude, it might prove difficult.

Take your mind off this one girl for a bit and detach from this situation. If she says she is happy being friends, then keep it that way and treat her the same way she treats you, like a friend.

I just really realized the problem with getting along really well withthe rest of the family, but is there absolutely nothing more to be done(besides move on)?

No not game over. He has a CHANCE. It's just hard. If you want to get out of the friend zone it's just up to you if it's worth the work. Read up on cynetix's post about this. It's in the DJ bible man.

Good luck.

Let me restate myself.... If he had the necessary skills to getting out of this situation, he wouldn't post this. This girl isn't going to happen in 'correct' circumstances.

U R right Likretsam. I probably don't have the neccessary skills to get this girl right now. But that is why I am asking. Duh. So instead of acting like all that , think of the whole point of this thread.
