"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Hello all.

I have a girl friend who i know for about 10 years. Altough she lives in my city, i didnt see her for about 7 years, and about 6 months ago, once i bumped into her and had just broke up with a girlfriend, so invited to join me to the cofee i was going to.
Since then she started hanging out there a lot and setting up cofees and stuff. Afterwords, i went back to my girlfriend, but she still hang out around. We even all take cofee togethe, me, my girl, she and our common friends. She also has a boyfriend, altough they rarelly are seen together.

Whenever i'm alone in the weekends, wherever i go she goes along. If i go play poker she goes, if i go to a bar she also wants to go, and if she's with friends and im playing pool or having a beer at a cofee she calls me and says she's coming for us to have a drink. Also she'd always ask me if i'd be with my girl.
Like a month ago i broke up my relation again. All my friends tell me she's really into me, even my ex tells me that is is crazy jealous. She says its obvious what she wants and that she just doesnt take a step further cause she doesnt want to get embarassed in front of everyone else if i'd reject her.

So now since im alone and she's very atractive, i flirted with her a bit, but the weird thing about this is that she touches me a lot, but when i touch her she rejects it. And that is kinda paradoxal.

What would you guys make of this?

From the sounds of it....she is very much into you. You'd have to be more specific with what goes on phsyically though for it to make sense. How does she touch you, how do you try to return the touching?

Ok i am going to put something here for you to read.

This is what will seperate the boys from the MEN.
Or your boy from the man trying to get out.

Men make things happen
Boys let things happen to them.

Now what am i saying?

With response to this, your coming onto a forum and asking what guys think about this situation, when this situation can easily be sorted out if we put on the shoes of the 'MAN' ( a guy who makes things happen), how can it be resolved easily?

Simply.

YOU ASK.

you ask her out, you show your interest, how you do this, does not really matter if she likes you in truth.

So instead of coming for advice and trying to understand a situation where a real man should not be asking about.

Grab your balls, to check there still there! And just go for it.

Or do you want to be a little boy who wonders 'what if' his whole life?

Ask her out, it is that simple.

If she says no, she says No.

now lets dig a little deeper.

You have interest in this girl.
now would a real man, just sit on his as* and hope one day you may get it on, or will a real man recognize what he wants and go for it?

she can only say 'no' or 'yes'.

and a no is not a big deal at least you will know 'where you stand' and in that no more wondering 'what if'.

Be a man not a boy.

jonwon,

You are absolutely right, and i should have been bolder.

I never made a move because i was in a relation, and altough i found her a hottie, all i liked was the atention, friendship and the jealousy effect.
Now that i'm NOT in a relation its a whole different story. And because of that i was going for a move this weekend. But then it happened what i told here. She's always very touchy with me, but 1 week ago i "scouted the terrain" touching her in the waist and she flaked, and this weekend when i was in for a move and started touching her to get a little phisical and then go from there she again flaked it and expressed she didnt like to be touched.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
