"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

hey there,
would really appreciate anyones help.
ok, so in the past few months i have become close friends with this girl that has a boyfriend. at first i had feelings for her but she didnt know. for the past month we have got a lot closer and she calls me every night for about at least an hour. we get along really well, better than i have before with any girl. btw i never call her because she has a bf. anyway she tells me about how her and her boyfriend are on the rocks and how much of **** he his to her. all my friends say that she really likes me.. but their reasoning is just that it is "so obviuos". anyway so yesterday her and her bf broke up. she was really upset. because she a good looking girl boys are calling her up and everything already. i dont know what to do. she says that she wants to meet up sometime this week. i dont know if she is just being friendly casue we are good friends or if she has feelings for me. i was thinking about waiting a while so she has lost all feelings with her previous bf but im affraid ill lose my opportunity and she will become interested in another guy. how do i find out if she likes me or not without wrecking or making our friendship awkward. i have feelings for her now and they are getting stronger. how do you reccomend i go about making my move?
thanks any help would be appreciated.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

All you can do is go with her if you want her. Why, because you shouldn't be concerned about wreaking a friendship or whatever. She'll let you know if you're not for her.

My bed, your girl.
Just be a man and make that move to ask her out.
Your friendship won't be ruined, because she'll think the same about you whether you like her or not (plus you're already good friends).

If you don't take your chance now, the outcome may fall out of your favor.
Don't be AFC though, pretend not to care at all about her previous boyfriend and try not to talk about him at all just to be safe.

You can definitely do this if you do it right
