I USED TO think he was alpha

(guy had huge success on tinder and would always score at least a 7 at the clubs but turns out no inner game)

He FINALLY had enough of her at the weekend, after a year of paying for everything and having his social life shrunk to nothing he dumped her.

....for 15 minutes

Now she's kicked him out and he's sleeping on his moms couch and begging for her back while she's telling him she needs time to think about what he's put her through.

How does it come to this, fellas?

I'd understand if he had no options but he can and frequently HAS done better.

I don't get it.

When guys are in the thick of it, they are not very likely to listen to much of anything you have to say. He is still holding onto hope with this one, so he will have to go through the motions. One thing you can do, is try to help him realize for himself if she is good for him or not. Is this a fight? Or is he truly not happy about their differences?

3rd step requires inner frame + "inner core"..

Alot of plate spinning + gaming girl or DonJuan talk is only about 1 + 2

When you get a 3... most post about their BPD.

So you ask yourself... why always BPD?

Maybe the answer is within the guy/male.

Solve that and number 3 should be good.
In LTR, the girl might try to push frame a few etc... but if you keep strong, you'll be fine.

When you get tired of it... drop her.

And you know you have a good girl if she's backing you beta or alpha.

However, all LTR or 3rd happens if the girl respect you.

Your buddy has no self-respect, hence why happening.

He probably picked the first girl who accepted to go Step3 LTR with him.

Lay and LTR requires similar basis but require different approach skills application

Well from that brief description she basically fits the profile of a psycho ***** who doesn't start w/ this stuff until a year in. That whole scenario of the guy dumping her and THEN HIM asking for her back and HER saying NO is a major red flag of crazy women.

Oneitis is a cruel mother ****er. Avoid it at all costs. Even if you have a great woman now, she may not always be one, especially if you turn into a chump again. But even if great women are rare, THERE ARE STILL MORE GREAT WOMEN OUT THERE. Fight the oneitis or you lose the game, period.

she's manipulative and he's in her trap, I guess all dumpings are final
