Freshman in College...tips?

I'll be entering college this fall. Any fundamental tips on picking up girls in class, around campus, etc.?

LOL... Do everything. Join clubs, watch bands, take classes, take trips, get to know people in your dorm, build a social network, talk to people everywhere you go, know everyone, see everything. No sh*t. Get out there and get your hands into everything.

bwahaha nice. I'm first-year uni student (Australia) right now and yeah, just be a man around campus, talk to people, be fun adn outgoing, confident and sociable. Uni's are too big to get a "rep" or for you to beocme "popular" but you should pick up a few friends on teh way. And don't stab anybody you'll go to jail... just smash the first poor **** you see in the face. They'll get the idea.

Most likely when you start up school you will have socials. This also applies to when you are walking around your dorm. During this time you have the right to go up to any girl with "confidence" and talk with her. EVERYONE will be trying to make new friends. Its basically the unwritten rule to talk with anyone you want regardless of who they are. See a girl, talk with her. Get her number. If she is butt ugly, well you know what to do or what not to.

Bullsh*t. More bullsh*t. I was in a fraternity. Sh*t, I ran an entire Greek Council at my university. What a f*cking colossal waste of time and energy and money. Get to know real people and make real friends. Trust me.

Me personally, I was never in a frat. Those guys just seemed like they had self esteem problems and felt the peer pressure to be in a group. But Umbra, I've never heard a frat Daddy turn his back and say it was all bs. What makes you say that.

usually, at the beginning of the semester you get less assignments and this is where you need to work effortlessly on socialising especially if you move to a new state where none of your friends are going to. You need to small talk with EVERYONE and get the good word about you around. Dont hit on chicks early. Instead LJBF the chicks and she'll introduce you to her friends and so on.

Make FRIENDS with as many girls as you can. EVERY girl has at least one hot friend. Nothing beats referral business!

I have not done at all well in my freshman year, but a few things that worked for me are:

1) Join a society where girls outnumber boys without seeming too obvious. Examples include gospel choirs, yoga, co-ed tennis, volleyball etc.

2) Stand out in class by asking intelligent questions, and getting good marks, while seemingly making no effort. If you can do this, then you will get a reputation in your course.

3) Join a rugby or football team. Even if you suck at these sports, there will be a team for you. Lots of social life.

Since splittin with my X, ive gotten 5 phone #'s from girls...and my coworkers have told me that 4 other women have inquired about me....

Being a Library Dj is a challenge because you have to really read body language, but once you get the game down you are unstoppable...
