“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hi guys. I need some suggestions.

Due to circumstances too long to describe here, I can't use a gym this summer. However, I still want to work out and not lose the frame I had during the school year, where the school gym was easily accessible. Is there a routine that incorporates a lot of freeweights? I also don't have pull-up or dip equipment.

For my upper body, so far:

a combination of gymnastic planche holds (http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode3/229/), mostly the easier ones since I need them for bboying.

Lots of pushups, I'm trying to build up to the "deck of cards" workout, where you go through a deck, with face cards counting as 10 pushups. I've gotten through about half of one (160 push-ups)

Handstands. I find that stabilizing yourself, especially when doing fancy things with them (putting more weight on one army, pushing up into them, etc.) works the shoulders and triceps a lot. Trying to get to handstand pushups, but I'll need a lot more balance for that, I think.

I have no exercises for my lower body, and I'm sure there's more out there for upperbody. Suggestions?

Pushups & handstands are good.

You could do one arm pushups too. These are more challenging than regular pushups as you can expect. Start by doing with your hand on a box, so your body is incline with the floor. The higher the box, the easier the exercise. Gradually decrease the box height every week until you're on the floor.

For lower body: Pistols

Don't forget the glute-ham raise... you can use a table or furniture to hold your legs for those.

Pistols are awesome... I'm up to 12 Kg x 5 reps (per leg) x 4 sets on them, my long term goal is 34 Kg :), because I saw a picture of Ross Enamait doing them with 75 lbs!
You're using kettlebells Kerpal?
