You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

What do they actually do/did?
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Yours maybe, there are many!Suicide said:As a practicing Freemanson, I can attest that you guys have no clue of what you're talking about.
It's a social fraternity, period.
There are many different forms, not masons people think they are, order templi type instances.Gaucho said:Excellent info, thanks guys.
This is a question I sometimes wondered, as I used to see Documentaries on the Freemasons from time to time, but even the documentaries did not clearly explain what they did.
Always seemed to me more of a boys club. Somewhere people go to feel important and they belong. Would also be good to establish social networks.
So Freemason societies are not interlinked? Each is its own seperate entity?
I read that within the society, there is an inner circle (where all the big decisions are made) and an outer circle (those in this circle beleive there is no inner circle as they never hear about it). That made me think, what "big decisions" do they make? If Freemason "clubs" are one big society, I can see how an "inner circle" could dictate financial markets etc.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
They also Jack the Ripper was a mason, helping to keep the princes reputation, who went a little bit too killer happy.penkitten said:they say the masons were in charge of hiding the holy grail.
penkitten said:its neat that when something was built before its time, they say the masons built it.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Yeah as a practicing Freemanson I'm sure you're the representative of those above the 30 degree level.Suicide said:As a practicing Freemanson, I can attest that you guys have no clue of what you're talking about.

The Bilderbergers, Trilateral Commision, Council on foreign relations, Illuminati, Freemasons, Knights Templar, and other such fronts are merely smokescreens for the true hidden agenda. Aliens are real and have been coming here for a long, long time.fuzzx said:You guys are talking about the Bilderburg group, masons are something different altogether.
Freemasons are just a bunch of business people.. thats it... once in awhile they have singles dances and get togethers... they take care of their own.
If one would like access to freemasonary, they would just have to ask a freemason to join. Its not hard to get in. Freemasons help each other the world over as long as you can recognize the signs.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
