My SHBG is low, it's always under 10, no boron needed, it's always been like that.

E2 is controlled via aromasin/exemestane
Your sort of lucky about the SHGB. Although it makes the tuning of E2 more precise.

Did you start the tuning with a different compound than Exemestane ? and maybe found it difficult to tune because of your low SGHB and High T. Going low e2 with Exemestane would be painful and longer time. Exemestane is the recommended for your situation partially because it is smoother to address the tighter ratio. Most men have different numbers than you. Just experimenting with this one is probably not the right choice.

Interested in your story of how you ended up with the system your using, the why of course, but mostly the how did you do it ?

You likely are in the small minority that knows about the clarity that comes when your close to going low E2 but not high. With low SHGB that small window is small. But when your in that tuned zone, unstoppable. If you know about it already can you share some wisdom about it ? Its a night and day feeling for those that never found it. And like you commented on another thread, many or most men don't know about it.

No, I've always used Aromasin for a key reason...studies done have shown that it will not crash your E unlike other compounds such as Arimidex or Letrozole even if you take it at high doses. It will get you down to low normal range for E2 but then go no further.
