It's highly situational IMO. If she's 2 points or lower in SMV, then it can work.
Also in the beginning, it's always good to go equal as women can just jump ship at any time before she gets to actually know you.
But yeah I agree, once she has gotten to know you then it should be slightly less to keep her on her toes.
