"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

How do i make her enter my frame? I read this on The Rational Male.
But he does not teach how to make her enter your frame. But it is a really interesting concept.
Any tips guys?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the idea of Frame, because it paints this picture that if you can act a certain way, you can gloss over the choices you make in your life which is total nonsense, choices are #1 and being authentic is a really great choice to make.

Functionally, Frame is not something she enters, but rather, it is what you are giving her to respond to.

Breaking Frame happens when you are challenged by another man, women do not break your Frame... A man's challenge can be as simple as his physical presence and your response to it.

Trying to fit yourself into a Frame, you are only fooling yourself, any woman who is subject to a Frame from a man can only be of a short term nature, because you WILL be challenged by other men, especially if your acting a certain way and don't have the Spine to back it up.

If you're thinking about "making her enter your frame" you have a bad frame. That sort of thinking will make you adjust yourself to please her, in other words you'll enter her frame.

Frame is a filter. You maintain your frame, who you are, what you stand for, what you'll accept and what you will not. Compromising any of that to "make her like you" is to lose frame, because at that point you're dependent on her approval and willing to forsake yourself for it. She either enters your frame or she doesn't in which case you move on.

There is no way to get any and all women in the world without compromise. The moment you have frame and maintain it you have become selective, frame isn't a "catch them all" trick.

Isn't it more or less "Keeping your cool and staying level-headed" under any kind of challenging circumstances?
Yeah bro. Stay confident, calm and collected is what frame means to me. Frame is when you know you'll be good without her. Can't be rattled, you a rock.

Not to the point of being a push over. But yes calm and collected has its place in my frame but so does when its "go fck yourself time"
It happens.
Frame is a weird concept, nobody has ever defined it well in my opinion.

Put in its simplest terms: Have your own life; (and) Once you have a woman (or women) that you begin to see, do not change anything about your life as a whole. Don't give up your family time, don't give up your nights out with the boys, don't stop pursuing your career goals (even if time-consuming) and don't drop your hobbies. If she wants to be with you, she has to work herself into your life as it already exists.

The moment you begin to change what you had going before, you not only lose frame, but you enter hers and are playing by her rules. You also (in my opinion) will find that life becomes less meaningful.

Frame(at least to me) is to be stern, steadfast, true to yourself, project your opinions, not giving in, standing up for yourself, not showing weakness(fairness is another story). This applies to all aspects in life and not just women.

When used with women, they will stay with you rather than be scared off. You'd think the opposite but in my experience, they actually respect and like you more. I've heard numerous stories from women to reinforce this.

However, some guys mix up frame as being a douche, azzhole, disrespectful, unfair, selfish, etc.

You have to be able to pick out the differences and make sure you don't land on the wrong side.

Personally, I don't think Frame has anything to do with women at all, it's purely a male thing in my opinion, more of how you interact with the men around you.

The thing is, most men don't actually experience real competition in the dating scene because a woman wants to compartmentalize her interactions with men as much as she can, while the vast majority of men I know only compete for women amongst their friends.

I think ultimately, Frame is the last vestige for PuA nonsense, actual self development, there is no replacement, its just a quick answer to gratify yourself and boost your ego.

How about instead of putting effort in to boost your ego or gratify yourself with pointless sez, you put effort into your financial future and figure out what that looks like; I think most men here who will cling to frame, do so because they don't like what they see coming in their financial future vs. Age.

A hot take I'm sure, just my observation.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
