Fractional Investing

I’m interested in learning fractional investing, primarily in the tech sector and cryptocurrency. I’m doing this for fun so my initial investment will be under $500.
Can anyone recommend a good no/low cost trading platform that is not too difficult for the novice? So far all I really know of is Robinhood. Still researching others but thought I’d ask here as well.

Got $10 in free stock. Bought Tesla.
This actually seems like it could be fun!
