"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I have never done a lot of field reports in the past, but I feel I should start now. I'm making the transition from 'ok' with girls to being awesome, so at least for the best part they'll be interesting.

So, last night I went to the rocky horror show with four mates (2 girls, one an awesome pivot (love her so much!) and the other my ex whom I still sleep with on/off). Show was awesome; we were all dressed up of course, I was sporting some tasteful stripey socks, skirt and corset. Mmmm sexy boy.

So after we hit Yates and get some shots, ****tails and odd looks. We get chatting to these other people that saw the show, one bloke, one UFG and the girl who pole dances (say an 8.5). I went for the UFG...nah jokes.

So I get chatting to polegirl and she drops in how she strips and so forth. Played that down with "Oh wow! Loads of my friends do poledancing, it's such an art don't you think?". Then she drops in that she has a partner (argh! pisslips!), so i keep chatting for a bit then push her over to my pivot.

I get her to pose for some hot pictures but that's all I got from this girl. We left Yates and moved onto Reflex (an 80s themed bar). Polegirl give me a sob story about how she has low confidence, how the "girl on the pole isn't really her", how she wants to be a real dancer. About here I start to strongly dislike her, and all pole dancers/ strippers by association. However, she seems to know everyone in York so she gets me free drinks and a lollypop. So she shows some interest...

I spend my time in Reflex chatting her up, dancing like a trannie loon with my mates and having an awesome time. For a poledancer she dances like a tool. I go for a number close but get burned ("I can't remember my number" BS). Fair enough, she was a prat so I ditched her and cruised on with my mates to a nightclub.

Now, it has to be said here that dressed as a woman I was getting so much attention it was unreal. A bit from guys too, *less good*, but overall it worked pretty well. Quite hardcore peacocking, if you've got the balls to go with it.

Hit the nightclub and I open on a HB7 (bit plain, but very tappable) with the smooth line "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT!?:cuss: ", which had been my principle opener that night. Got awesome vibes off this girl, who's just finished Uni (I'm a fresher) and snowboards, so get in some kino, some tests (can you cook? Do you have a big TV? Ripped off Shezz there- cheers!), then left her to go dance with my friends. She comes over later, bit of grinding then a k-close and got her number.

Only bad side of the night was my ex got jealous so f-buddies is pretty much off. Damn! Still, probably for the best- I needed kicking out of that comfort zone.

All in:
1 k-close
2 number attempts
5 openers in total that didn't just fizzle out
And a damn good trannie night!

Things learnt
Jump at opportunities to dress-up, I need to work on vHB and strippers a lot more, I need to do more field reports :).

It's just a step to your left...

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Nice work mate.

Having a pivot around always helps. It does wonders for raising your value and making girls feel comfortable around you.

Not sure about dressing up as a woman though, but way to go with the peacocking!
