FR: First daytime approach after 2 months of night game

Went out during the day with Young to do some approaches. My aim, to try my day game after a whole summer of night game only. Would've liked to have done more approaches but I only ended up doing one. Lack of targets due to bad weather and possibly the long weekend. Everybody's at the shore it seems.
I spot a HB8.5 looking at a map.
I know what to say, all I have to do is walk up to her. So I do.
All thats on my mind is "**** it I dont care what happens"

"Excuse me, can you find where times square is on that map?"
She's happy to show me where we are and where times square is.
Me: Thanx, where are you from by the way?
HB: Germany but my parents are from Morocco. What about you?
Me: I'm from Jersey
HB: Oh really? and you don't know where times square is??
Me: No I never been here before (big lie)
HB: Oh wow how can that be? (I forget the rest, big long rant about new jersey and about being a tourist)
Me: Well actually I know exactly where Times Sq is, I just wanted to come and talk to you.
HB: *bursts out laughing*.
Me: How long are you staying here?
HB: Until sunday
Me: have you been to central park yet?
HB: No but I'd like to go maybe today or tomorrow
Me: I know some really good places there that you have to see. Would you like to go right now? (weak line, better ways to ask for an instadate?)
HB: Actually I think I'll do it tomorrow. Its getting late and its raining.
ME: thats true. Give me your number and I can take you to some cool spots around the city. (weak line again, suggestiions?)
HB:No thanx I'm actually going to be hanging out with my family.
Me: *smile*. all right thats cool
HB:Where are you from?
Me orginally from Peru.
HB: you dont look peruvian at all
ME: haha and I thought you were brazilian.
HB: I wish. brazil is a beautiful place. I was there once
(Im thinking ok I dont want to hear this chick qualifying her self about how well traveled she is. She doesn't want to spit out her # or do an instadate)
Me: Cool. Well whats your name?
Hb: Hb whats yours?
Me: Rocky. Well it was nice meeting you hb *hugged her and kissed her cheek* ( should've pointed to my cheek to make her kiss it)
HB: very nice meeting you take care

Some things I did wrong:
- No kino. Except for the good bye kiss and hug, I didn't touch her.
- No DHVs. I could've thrown in a DHV story about the history of some nyc bs or some other type of story.
- Maybe I could've plowed some more to get the instadate. Or at least a venue change.

Any critiques?

I think a little more plowing would have worked.

When she said, "I'll be hanging out with my parents," you say, "well, afterwards, you can hang out with me. Hopefully I'll be more fun."

DHV is nice and all, but it seemed you had a good connection with her.

Also, avoid suggesting things in question form. Say, "let's head over to Central Park and check it out." If it's in a statement, it's harder to say no.

Instead of the bold line - you should have gone into DHV stuff... because she was OK with your direct approach.. only if you demonstrated some hardcore DHV stories.. she would have a better impression of you..

Kino is important as well. Even though you show your interest... you can always neg her and qualify her.. the more you neg and qualify... the more she will be your puppet.

Overall, what actually held you back was your time-bridge. It was a little crossing the line of needy-ness. You should have said "Me and my friends are going to this amazing place tomorrow... why don't you join us... get your friends along if you have them here.."

THE ONLY reason she said no to hanging out with you, was because she thought you were alone in the city.

Those are two good tips. While in set, I was thinking how can plow some more? How can I make her say NO. But at my level of daygame, its hard to do so without being seen as needy. I now remember a line by David D. "So cancel on them, I'm more interesting". which is a little more ****y than your line. a little more risky too.
I think I said about central park "We can go right now if you want" I was aware that I shouldn't say it in the form a question. But your statement "lets head out to central park right now" sounds more confident.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think one should chose to go either direct or indirect. Once I go indirect its easy to go direct, but once one goes direct it is counteractive change gears and go indirect.

After I saw the opportunity to go direct (HB: Ah so you do know where times sq is!"), I went for it.
After doing so, in my mind negging was scratch out from my "to do" list.
"I think your hair would look better down" in the frame of "I like you and want to meet you" doesn't seem right IMO. Kinda socially awkward.
But I do kick myself for not doing things like push after all that pulling, some disqualifiers, c&f, and qualify her.

I also agree that I came out too needy. Something that still needs work

Direct or indirect, you can always have a normal conversation, and use some playful teasing (on her mannerisms, not looks) - think of it as push pull - sends mixed reactions - she will actually feel like living up to that value you give her initially by being direct - and she will be jumping through your hoops to live up to the good impression she knows she has made on you.

Even though you said you wanted to meet her, you didn't say you were ready to marry her yet, so its quite normal to qualify her a little.

Negging is simply teasing to make her feel like even though you find her attractive, you still have a higher value than her.

great approach but i noticed a few things

the first is she said she was going ot the park tommorrow.
instead of going for the hangout just exchange numbers and tell her to txt you if she is bored...maybee you can show her around a bit

also as soon as she said no about going to the park you jumped for the number...i would have waited a sec and recaptured the good vibe a bit after the first rejection

notice how she changes the subject as soon as she said no the second time

I dont think kino was needed for a 5 second convo either

I actually took the direct line from Malvado. He has a similar one that goes like "Well the real reason I asked you that is because I wanted to talk to you".
He's great for inner game too. Seeing as to how my natural game is not there yet. My next day approach will not be direct.

The convo was actually long. I omitted irrelevant stuff like some fluff talk and school stuff.

shoulda kept saying that you didnt know where times square was, since you already said it and told her she could show you it. cause it shows low confidence that you revealed you had to lie in order to talk to her.
