I agree. I'm lucky to have good genes, but approaching mid-40s is going to be an inevitable drag on me. I'm going to the track right now (Labor Day), and doing planks inbetween mile runs, and pushups. I'm fit, but I'm just trying to get into "fighting" shape, barely not there atm. Graying hair (not all, but places on the sides barely) is my main sign of age but people say it looks good, I don't dye nothin - I know those who do and you can't tell they do - I mean I know a 62 year old still pullin 20s 30s also a biker so that helps too who still has brown hair (I mean, could he be dying it I don't know, his last name sound very Dutch)). Had lasik back in 2001 still see 20/25. Hairline still not receding. I'm tall and still have a Tom Cruise'esque youthful smile. In fact, it is Better for me to smile more now as my lips-together tough look is more off-putting that when I was younger I think at least. Smiling is an ease-ness. That's a pretty harsh world view. I'm not saying you're wrong (in general). I just don't care. I mean I wish it were otherwise, but what can I do about it? I know women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and even 50s that I find attractive. Those are the girls that interest me, who cares about the others, they don't appeal to me.
