I have done this accidentally numerous times before.. Only now I have realized that most of the time I did this the women would become strongly emotionally attracted to me. Please don't do this unless you really want her to fall for you. The effects might decide to dry-cluster**** your ass and you might end up falling in love as well (been there). Do not go around making everyone fall for you. That is nothing but inhumane.
It isn't that hard to make a woman fall in love with you. Still, you can't go around the street trying to make women fall in love with you as if it was pickup. You need to have some sort of connection, even if it is just a day of partying.
Get emotional yourself. Find an opening to exploit in her personality. Find a source of sadness in her. Then exploit it. After she slowly becomes sad around you because of those sad feelings, she will be totally ready for besieging.
Get in physical contact with her. Hold her hands. Look into her eyes.If you are sitting next to each other cuddle her. Whisper into her ear what I am going to tell you to say.
Romantic music in the background helps. But I even did this with party music playing in the background once.

DO THESE STEPS ONLY WHEN SHE STARTS FEELING SAD. She will show you the exploit herself if she has a tragic event in her life. Or you might have to find it yourself. I don't know how, every time I did this the exploits would come to me themselves. When she feels emotional, you'll know. She'll barely move her eyes, she won't be smiling nor frowning. She will stand there like a robot.
Do not say this out loud. Whisper it right into her ear. Take breaks. Kiss her on the cheeks,ears and neck once in a while. Don't start a makeout or sex session. You will lose your chance to make her fall in love with you.
YOU MUST BE UNNEEDY YOURSELF FOR THIS TO WORK. IF IT DOESNT WORK DONT START BEGGING HER. HELL, NEVER BEG HER. SHE IS LOOKING FOR A POWERFUL MAN. NOT A WIMP.

Second, make claims based on her exploit. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. If she got dumped by her old BF hold her ass and whisper "I don't want just this." then get your hand on her left breast and say "I want your heart." Do this a few times. Say I repeat; and repeat this step around 2 times. Hell, even if she didn't get dumped she probably got a lot of players in her life. Saying this **** will 90% of the time **** her up enough to make her fall for you.
This may sound cheesy as a mother****er. It may sound ridiculous. But saying this stuff when a woman is sad(SAD, NOT MAD) IS EXTREMELY POWERFUL. She will make a connection between hope and you. Remember how we always try to associate good feelings of hers with ourselves? You are doing the same thing, but except for good feelings you are inducing her to associate HOPEFUL,SAVIOR feelings with you. Basically, she will start seeing you as a way out of the tragic event.
Third, claim that you can overcome anything together. This is another weakness in a woman's life. They are less powerful than men. You subconsciously offer them your power. This is also very powerful with women.
Fourth and last, whisper "I want to love you, I want you to be different than my exes, will you?"
She might nod at this point. She might turn around and say I love you to your ear. This is likely. She might break down crying. No matter what keep holding her hands-cuddling her. Even hug her. Maybe this is the worst type of love out there. She will become very ****ing needy if this succeeds. But you can take it from there, be with her and after these steps induce more daily attitude. Then needy love might change into regular love. I didn't try.
