Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Couple weeks ago i was heading home from school and i saw my GF of a month about to board a train with her friends and three other dudes who also attend my skool. I asked her about it later that day and she told me they just went on da train ride together but everyone went there seperate ways.

just a couple hours ago she admit to me that that day they all went to smoke and drink at one of those dudes houses. she apologized to me and hoped that i wasent mad.before we got into the relationship i told her i hate girls who either smoke or drink and who parties and she said she hates it too cuz her dad is a drunk and she wouldnt want to do it even though shes curious about smoking pot.

this news crushed when she admit it today but i didnt go all afc on her i just said ok thats wassup and told her im watching the heat game and hung up da phone.

this really hurt me and im thinking if i should break up with her, or jsut go ghost permanently. i cant stand smoking or drinking and she went along and did it anyway. am i thinking rationally? what im thinking is that this was a sign of disrespect that will lead to further disrespectful gestures down the line and that she dosen't respect me enough? what should i do?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

she probably did a lot more than just smoke and drink. dont know how old she is but lots of people have this phase were they try this scene. however she lied to you, thats disrespect. going off with other guys? thats pretty much a 'fvck you'. thats what she thinks of you, its up to you if you are going to tolerate this behaviour.

its not even that im a boring dude or anything or uptight and too good its jsut that i dont have a reason to try or do any of those things. if i decide i wanna do those things its gona be because i genuinely chose to not because all my friends are doing it.

and also the big things is the fact that she lied. Its not like i met her and she always do this, shes never done those things before and said she dosent like it at all especially cause her father is a drunk but she went along and did that. and betheman your probably right about other things happening idk. shes 17 turning 18 in october idk if im being too harsh

you should stop whining and get high with her and fck her brains out

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

dude you are so young who cares..use her for sex and nothing else....you are way too young to try and be strapping someone else down int he first place..you shouldn't even be in a relationship...i'm 32 and i am not even as serious acting as you are...

I would tell her listen from now on i can't see you as a serious GF so we can only be FBs..if you don't like it you are free to walk.

Taking drugs is a deal breaker for me. Bytches be crazy enough without having their judgment impaired even further by narcotics.
Booze I can handle though.

She's disrespecting you already when you're only a month into the relationship. Dump her or downgrade her to a fk buddy.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Dumbest post i have ever read..alcohol is way worse than weed at affecting behavior and judgement and sexual activity....and that's the first time i have heard weed referred to as a narcotic...

If i am looking for plates and ONS i could care less what they engage themselves in..whenever i decide to get married i will worry about this type of pointless crap.....

Yeah, listen to zinc4, the guy who's every other post is about "gangster" Taiwanese guys trying c0ck block him (despite the fact that he is some kind of a kungfu expert). He really knows what he's talking about.

She told you what you wanted to hear to get into a relationship. Happens all the time. If you do not like girls who drink and smoke then this one is not for you. She will most likely do it again so ask yourself how important that is for you. If it is very important it will continually upset you. Find a different girl who truly shares the same belief as you.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You should break things off because she lied and misrepresented herself.
You made it clear before you were exclusive with her that you wanted someone that didn't drink or smoke and she agreed and said she wasn't like that. Then her actions proved otherwise. You entered an exclusive boyfriend/girlfriend relationship under those terms. It would be different if she said "I used to smoke and drink, but I'm in the process of quitting and tapering down". No, she lied and said she wasn't like that. Girl has to learn to be honest if she wants a boyfriend.

The point is, a drunk chick is easier to get into bed than a coke/e/weed chick. FFS a chick smoking weed will prob panic out if you grab her. Alcohol is slvt fuel.
I wonder if widespread use of marijuana is the reason why so many chicks are asexual these days.

What can you do, hold her head under water until she stops struggling?

Come on bro, she apologized, don't take yourself or her so seriously. There is probably alot of things you hate she does and doesn't tell you about. If she is still cool to have sex with go with it. Just make sure you let her come to you, make sure you have hand.

That's why you should Never tell anyone what you like or don't like, they will use it against you in the future.
