Wassup guys. yeah. hmm got questions. Are forearm exercises neccesary? Isnt deadlifts, curls, and other exercises already giving forearms a good workout? If not where should i put my forearm exercises?

My split is like this:

Monday: back/bicep
Wednesday: chest/tricep
Friday: Legs/shoulder

Where should i add forearm exercises?

Also, whats a good website for showing excercises, what exercises is good for forearms?

you hit them doing back and biceps

you hit them if your doing dumbell presses a bit. so add them in on friday at the end. and do some calves on mondays

Well, my forearm(s) got bigger/stronger after some intense fingering action. By forearm I mean, if you turn your arm upside down it looks like a leg. Well this "forearm" of mine would be the calf muscle. It has gotten rock hard. That's the best work out. You work out while she enjoys it. Needless to say I DID make her squirt. Mulitple times. I dont think you really need to train forearms. If you do enough heavy bar stuff, youll be right.

As Lee Priest says, if you masturbate, thats enough.
