I'd be most interested in a food journal if you want to include that. I have trouble coming up with good ideas for meals and I don't like depending on suppliments.

Im gonna take that as a vote for no on the thread then, my and my roomates(also into powerlifting) meals consist of roughly 2/3rds taco bell, the rest is various meats, potatos and pasta hahah

LOL that's fine then. I'd love to see if you can actually gain much muscle mass on a Taco Bell diet. If you could buy a simple fat calaper and include your BF% in your reports that'd be great.
