For those who have problems growing calves

I suggest you all to read this article however a very important fact to know is that according to your position the involvement of the gastrocnemius is different.

If your leg is straight an you're doing calves the gastr is working,if you're doing calves while sitting the work it's on the soleus so u're actually depriving the most importat part of the necessary training.

Skipping ropes works for me. Do 5-10 minutes for warmup. If you want more strain, skip doubles. I'm not sure if they get a lot more volume though if you're skinny.
