Let me just say this; Firstly; get it that from a " normal citizen " type of standard it's an actual question.

Yet I'd say that evey damn man should figure out a way to " excuse" himself to be active on such platforms.

You can " disguise " your presence via a business or a serious hobby . Maybe you simply post workout progress. Or maybe you have a business to promote.

If you keep it private you still gotta have a killer profile Pic. Even more so as it will count for literally 100% if who you present ...

Public. Killer profile pic = you doing something interesting for women. BBQ in your house, changing oil in your mustang, posing near interesting public place, a bar, a night club, not fountain, not palm tree, not a statue. Interesting might be you fishing off your boat. Something that provides value to you, not takes the value away. It's a pic and you are bragging about yourself.

If you have instagram, then you must also have tiktok and telegram. Reason being is that you edit your videos and pics using VN & CapCut and post them to telegram, making sure to add text so that nobody steals it, then you save it from telegram stories and add the same thing to your instagram and tiktok. It's much easier this way. You'll understand why once you add a telegram story -- have lots of premium emojis and stickers and of course premium account (it's cheaper if you purchase from within app from your PC, rather than from App or Google store), and of course get NFT gifts and display them next to your name, you might as well mint some NFT names and have several nicks in your account to make profile stand out.



Then in your profiles across the platforms you have link.me/yourusername to share all your social media platforms. I would also sign all your pics with @yourusername so that your stuff can not be stolen.

Post something every couple of days. It don't have to be photo session or even interesting. Duck you've seen near super market will do.

Also, with telegram you must have a channel and a chat group. Something about your community. Something that will become popular in time. This way you are an admin of a popular channel, that's already value. In time you'll be able to charge money for advertising, that's already free income.

But most don't use it for therapy. It's used to impress others and get attention.
