I heard that some particular foods may really help to balance hormones, for example broccoli which seems to balance the estrogens we have in our environment and wondering if there are more which could help as well.

Also certain amounts of fat are necessary to our bodies to produce testosterone.

Pretty simple, you want to keep testosterone levels up and estrogen levels down.

To keep T up, I've always heard red meat, fish, fish oil, nuts, even bacon and other high fat foods.

To keep estrogen down, lot of green vegetables.

Add in some brown rice and such for fiber, and get rid of the processed carbs and you're home free.

Not sure where dairy plays into things, though. A glass of wine a night will help circulation too.

To improve hormonal balance definitely it depends upon the diet which should be very high diet proteins such type of the diet produce more hormones which gives the energy to the body for good health.

I was really stressed, but its getting better. I am addicted to sweets, I yo-yo diet alot . It's hard for me to stick to a weight loss plan. How can I get my body back into hormonal balance to conquer sweet cravings and other cravings so that I can drop the 50 pounds that I need to lose?

How can I get my body back into hormonal balance?
